The menu samples sublime seasonal flavours, as well as some added flair that only 11 chefs working together can bring. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe meal begins with welcome cocktails and canapes in our main Truro kitchen, where you can see the chefs in action. Places are strictly limited to 20 covers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe £80 fee (£30 paid now to book,the remainder on the night) includes 10 courses, plus homemade bread and flavoured butters, along with three glasses of wine paired to the meal, two welcome cocktails or mocktails, plus water for the table. Extra bottles of wine are available on the evening.
